3 for 2 collagen capsules

I've been using the collagen supplements for 2 months now and can definitely see an improvement in my skin. I turned 40 last year and also had my first child, and the inevitable sleep deprivation and tiredness was taking its toll. Iwas starting to get a bit depressed whenever I looked in the mirror as I was definitely looking a lot more haggard than I used to- I had been lucky enough to look younger than my years before so it was a real shocker to start looking like my real age! However, 2 months ago I started taking the collagen capsules in the hope that it would make some difference, and it has! Even after 3 weeks I could definitely see an improvement - the fine lines going up from my upper lip were looking less noticeable and my skin was looking more plump. Friends also started commenting on how well I was looking- nothing else had changed so I can only assume it was the effect of the supplements. After only 2 months I think I'm looking so much better, and have got back my youthful looks :-) Another benefit has been with the skin on my hands- my skin on my right hand, particularly around my thumb and forefinger had been getting really scaly, red and cracking over the last year (- it might be a form of eczema but not sure as I've never had it checked by a doctor. My dad occasionally gets a similiar problem on his right hand and his doctor prescribed him steroid cream), for months and no amount of cheap or expensive hand creams made a difference. Anyway, it's now virtually all gone & cleared up - it might be a coincidence as it can go away and then come back for no apparent reason, so only time will tell if it's the supplements that's making the skin healthier. My nails had also been suffering from the effects of pregnancy & breast-feeding, and I'd tried taking Boots hair, skin and nail supplements to try and get back my nails back to normal. I'd always had beautfiul, strong nails but they'd been flaking and breaking easily since having my baby. Anyway, now my nails are finally starting to get back to normal and though the top parts still growing out are still slightly flaky on the bigger nails, I can see the new growth is looking much better. All in all, I'm totally impressed with these supplements and recommend them to anyone of a similar age who is starting to notice the signs of ageing!
