I've been using the collagen supplements for 2 months now and can definitely see an improvement in my skin. I turned 40 last year and also had my first child, and the inevitable sleep deprivation & tiredness was taking its toll and I was starting to get a bit depressed whenever I looked in the mirror as I was definitely looking a lot more haggard than I used to- I had been lucky enough to look younger than my years before so it wasa real shocker to start looking like my real age! However, 2 months ago I started taking the collagen capsules in the hope that it would make some difference, and it has! Even after 3 weeks I could definitely see an improvement - the fine lines going up from my upper lip were looking less noticeable and my skin was looking more plump. Friends also started commenting on how well I was looking- nothing else had changed so I can only assume it was the effect of the supplements.
