I am a great fan of green magic, I take this myself and am enjoying the benefits of more energy and vitality, my colleague who is 28 years of age (20 years my junior), is also very enthusiastic about green magic, she used to be tired after a 10hr shift at work, and went to bed at 9pm weekday evenings, now she has more energy and is not tired early in the evenings, she goes to bed at a more usual time of 10.30 - 11.00pm like most people of her age!
